Delivery & Returns Policy

A Standard courier charge of $5.00 will apply on all orders in New Zealand

Our Courier deliveries should arrive within 5 working days and ensures that your parcel can always be tracked.

Please note the following:

  • *It is at the discretion of the courier whether they feel comfortable leaving your parcel at your home if you are not there.
  • * Deliveries cannot be made to P.O boxes or on weekends and public holidays.
  • * Delivery times may vary depending on peak times such as Xmas due to volume or public holiday restraints.

Free Delivery Promotions (New Zealand Only)

From time to time we will offer free delivery on certain orders the following conditions apply

  • * Offer only valid for standard courier delivery
  • * Only one delivery address per order

Products can only be delivered within NZ. Should you wish to make a purchase for deliveries outside of NZ.

Out of Stock Items:

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. If your item is out of stock we will contact you to discuss how you would like the order handled. glenbrooklavender.co.nz does not do back order.

Returns Policy:

It is our intention to satisfy our customers. For this reason, we will gladly issue an exchange voucher or full refund to the original credit card for any unopened merchandise that is returned within 10 days of the date of purchase. All items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt and in unopened, saleable condition.

Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any opened or used products and Postage & Packing will not be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We recommend you return your Products in the original packaging via signature required courier. If you use general post your package will not be insured and glenbrooklavender.co.nz cannot accept liability if it is damaged or goes missing. Please remember to pack items carefully as carriers are not liable for damages to packages that have not been prepared correctly with adequate care.

Damaged Stock or Incorrect Orders:

Whilst we take every care to ensure your product reaches you in perfect condition, should you receive a faulty product or we have sent you and incorrect product please contact us and a Customer Services representative will help you to correct the problem.
